The work, specifically
Diagnostic and test choice
A full-length SAT and ACT diagnostic decides which test suits the student. Students who read fast and manage time well often do better on the ACT; students who prefer fewer, deeper questions on the SAT.
A plan that fits the school calendar
Two official sittings by the end of Grade 11, placed away from board exams and IB or A-level assessments, with a third held in reserve.
Tutoring, one to one
Forty hours with a tutor we have vetted ourselves, weekly full-length tests, error logs reviewed every session. No group classes.
The score in context
We set the target from the universities on the list, not from a generic 1500. A 1450 with an upward grade trend is a different application from a 1550 with flat marks, and we plan the whole academic read.

About sat and act
SAT or ACT for an Indian student?
Take a diagnostic of each. The digital SAT is shorter and adaptive; the ACT is faster and includes science reasoning. US universities accept both equally. Most of our students choose the SAT for the test-centre availability in India and the Gulf, but the diagnostic decides.
Is the SAT required for US universities in 2026-27?
It depends on the university. MIT, Dartmouth, Harvard, Yale, Brown, Cornell, Stanford, Penn and several others have returned to requiring scores; many remain test optional. For international applicants a strong score helps everywhere because it is one of the few common yardsticks. Check each university on the list.
What is a good SAT score for the Ivy League from India?
Admitted international students at the most selective universities typically score 1500 or above, but the score is read with the transcript, the curriculum and the profile. A 1480 with a 95 percent board score and a real research pillar is a stronger application than a 1560 with nothing else.
