Two calendars
UAE international schools run September to June with IB and A-level assessment in May; Indian-curriculum schools run April to March. Test sittings, competition deadlines and summer plans are placed around the one the student is actually on. - 02
Testing centres
SAT and ACT centres in Dubai and Abu Dhabi fill early for the autumn dates. We book two sittings by the end of Grade 11 and hold a third in reserve. - 03
Extracurricular evidence outside school
Many UAE profiles are strong inside school and thin outside it. The pillar work focuses on initiatives with measurable results in the community, research with a mentor, and competitions open to Gulf residents. - 04
Cost and aid
UAE-resident families are typically assessed for US aid on the same basis as any international family. We plan the scholarship as carefully as the admit: merit programmes in the US, Canada and Australia, Singapore's tuition grant, and Indian aid at Ashoka and Krea. - 05
Two destinations from the start
A UK application with a US or Canadian one is the common pair from the Gulf, with Singapore or India as the third where the profile fits. Both narratives are built from the same brainstorming record.

Do UAE students count as international applicants?
Yes, for every destination on our list. Indian passport holders schooled in the UAE apply as international students to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong, and as NRI or general-category applicants to Indian universities depending on the institution. Financial aid and test policies are those for internationals.
Is NYU Abu Dhabi a realistic option?
For a small number of exceptional students, yes. It is among the most selective universities anywhere, admits under five percent, and funds admitted students generously. We treat it as a reach on a balanced list, never as a plan on its own.
How do sessions work from the Gulf?
Over video, scheduled in Gulf Standard Time after school or at weekends. Editing runs asynchronously between sessions. Invoices can be issued in AED or USD.
Which boards do you see most in the UAE?
IB and A-levels from international schools, and CBSE from Indian-curriculum schools. Each is read differently by each destination, and the free written profile review sets out how yours will be read.
