What to send
- Latest transcript or report cards (Grade 9 onwards)
- A list of activities, with years and hours per week
- Any test scores so far (SAT, ACT, PSAT, school predicted grades)
- Countries and courses being considered, even loosely
- One line on what worries you most
Documents are used only to write the review and are deleted on request. Nothing about the student is ever published. Our privacy stance.
What happens next
Four steps, about a week

You send the documents
By email, or through the booking form's notes. - 02
We write the review
Academics against the target tier, activities scored for depth and cohesion, and the two or three things we would do first. Usually within four working days. - 03
The call
Thirty minutes with the counsellor. Questions in both directions. We say plainly whether the target list is realistic. - 04
A written proposal, if it makes sense
Scope, price, cadence and a start date. If we are not the right fit, we say so and suggest what is.
