The work, specifically

A written diagnosis in the first month
We read the transcript, activity list and school context against the tier the student is aiming at and write down what is there and what is missing. Families keep the document. Most counsellors give this as a conversation; we give it in writing because it becomes the roadmap.

Two pillars, then a plan that fits them
Ten activities should tell two stories, not ten. We choose the pillars with the student, place every existing activity, and design the research, projects, competitions and internships that make the pillars real.

The long middle, managed
Competition deadlines, research milestones, test sittings, summer programs and internships all live on one calendar that we run. The student does the work; we make sure nothing slips, and we adjust when school gets heavy.

Essays argued, never ghostwritten
Six brainstorming exercises, a story only this student can tell, a structure, and line editing until every paragraph moves premise to proof to conclusion. We do not write essays, and we will tell you why that protects the admit.

Applications and the decision
A balanced list across destinations, every portal reviewed before submission, recommendation strategy, aid forms, interview practice, and then a decision made on total cost, course and fit.

About admissions counselling
How is this different from a study-abroad consultant?
Study-abroad consultants are usually paid commission by universities to place students, which is why their advice clusters around the same partner institutions. We are paid only by families, we recommend universities the student can get into and afford, and most of our work happens years before any form is filled in: building the profile that makes the application worth reading.
Do you guarantee admission?
No, and you should walk away from anyone who does. Admissions are decided by universities. What we guarantee is the process: a written diagnosis, a plan, every deadline kept, every essay edited, and honest feedback about which universities are realistic.
Which grade should a student start in?
Grade 9 or 10 is ideal for the full journey because pillars need two years to become real. Grade 11 still leaves time to build one strong pillar and apply well. In Grade 12 we can run the application properly but cannot manufacture a profile, and we will say so on the first call.
How many students do you take on?
Deliberately few. Every student works directly with Vansh, so the number is capped each cycle. That is the trade-off of a human firm rather than a platform.
Can you work with a student who is already with a school counsellor?
Yes, and we prefer it. School counsellors handle transcripts, recommendations and the school report. We handle strategy, profile building and essays, and we brief the school counsellor so nothing conflicts.
